I think acknowledging and accepting that is always the hardest step and the first step we must take towards recovery. This picture really hit me at home when I read this. It’s so good.

How can I ever heal from anything if I’ve never acknowledged it to be something worth the need of fixing and healing?

Recovery is a process. It has its good days and it’s bad: it’s a rollercoaster for sure. And that can be hard for others that aren’t you or I that are going through it along with you to understand. But at the same time until you(yourself personally) can accept and acknowledge that you have a problem. Big or small. And you need that healing (which ever route you take to heal). Until this happens you will be in a constant replay position. I’m not going to tell you recovery is easy. It’s not. It’s hard and your mind plays tricks on you. IT’S TRULY A MIND GAME AND A MIND OVER MATTER CONCEPT! We tell our selves no no we can’t eat that for (x,y,z) reasons or that’s enough food, stop it you (x,y,z). When we should be saying, okay it’s okay to be full, I’ll eat more later. OR You need to eat princess, it’s time to put on that courage coat of armor and brace this anxiety trap that food gives you and concur it. It may be scary but it’s rewarding. It’s healthy and it’s promising for your future!

It’s not a easy fix, it can be months of great progress to a month of fall backs. But that is okay! You’re a warrior queen and you got this! Just pick up your crown and staff and concur this!!:)
I love y’all!! Have a blessed night!!
