So the day this photo was taken was a day I’d always remember! This picture specifically marks when I realized I can be healthy and happy at the same time. Now it’s been a journey since this photo has been taken, but I’m beyond proud of myself and excited for what’s ahead, so I say a big thank you to my health, mind, heart & everyone big or small in my life for sticking it out with me, even if you didn’t know what was going on!:)
